ok i''ve been trying to lose body fat but so far it''s not going good i''ve cut down on everything I exercise eat fruit and other healthy things. I''d like to lose about 20 or 30 pounds I weigh 200 and i''m 5''11 need any ideas or any other excercise. i''m not big on running but i''ll do any upper torso exercise but will run if i really need to.

Please make any suggestions By the way, is running for 1 hour at 5mph better or is running intervals of 2 minutes at 6, 1 minute at 5? Im 5 feet and 2 1 2 inches. I am 14 and weigh 165. Thanks.

I am trying to lose fat mainly from around my abs and chest and gain muscle size mass. I weight about 160 lbs and 16 years old yo. I heard that if you do cardio u can burn muscles so i dont know if i should do it after weight train .if so im planning to do 30 minute of cardio after 1 hour of weight train. Thanks im also trying to get rid of the fat and build muscle all over chest, shoulders, arms etc . Objective is to look fit and good....not to be a bodybuilder. What type of exercises should I do?
